A CULINARY ESCAPE
Our hot and cold meals, cooked every day in our restaurant, are inspired by the traditional recipes and cooking methods of the different islands of the Caribbean.
Our recipes focus on low glycaemic index rice, balanced with peas and a wide variety of market vegetables, slowly cooked.
We have also incorporated some profiles of Creole and Cajun flavours and cooking techniques from Louisiana to revisit or create new and exciting dishes.
Last but not least! Rice Box sublimates good products with sauces, juices, spices, broths and marinades that permeate and blend the flavors together so that each bite offers a new taste sensation, a true culinary escape.
BONDING OVER COOKING
Rice Box has been founded by three talented and experienced Caribbean entrepreneurs coming from the worlds of finance, food catering and industrial services. Sharing a common taste for authentic flavours and good wines, their long epicurean friendship was reinforced around this project of launching a new chain of restaurants. Their ambition is to make Caribbean cuisine travel worldwide, with the aim of bringing people together around a truly gourmet food.
Cooking is an art that strengthens the bonds between people. That is why Rice Box is on a mission to reconnect the Caribbean diaspora with their beloved food whilst making it accessible to the rest of the world for a true discovery or rediscovery.

CELEBRATING THE EXCEPTIONAL LAND-SEA BIODIVERSITY
The Caribbean has more than seven thousand islands, islets and reefs spread over four million km² of sea, in which more than twelve thousand marine species have been recorded.
Inland, next to large plantations, many small peasant farms and Creole gardens cultivate a multitude of food, vegetable, fruit, aromatic and medicinal species whose spices and fresh products fill the market stalls.
These gardens are today recognized as models of agroecology, mirroring the tropical forest ecosystem.
As true concentrates of biological diversity, they fully participate in the agricultural and culinary heritage of the Caribbean.
